I always found those commercials disturbing also, mainly because they were hawking non-nutritious flavored, colored sugar water, as well as encouraging random acts of vandalism. But I had never really spotted the Christian metaphor before ("this is my blood, drink of it"). Bleagh! Too cannibalistic. ;-)
